TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2025 By (1) Paul Edwins Oduor Oooko and (2) John Otieno Oooko, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oooko Aola Sindo alias Owoko Sindo alias Owiko Sindo alias Ooko Aola, who died at Anyiko Sub-location, on 14th February, 1994. CAUSE NO. E140 OF 2025 By Pilista Ngesa Ogutu, of P.O. Box 16, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogutu Onyango Ondiek, who died at Kathieno “B”, on 18th January, 2015. CAUSE NO. 114 OF 2025 By (1) Raphael Odhiambo Ogola, (2) Hillarius Oyugi, (3) Josephine Adhiambo, (4) Vitalis Otieno and (5) Anna Aor, all of P.O. Box 232, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, son, daughter and stepson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonard Odhiambo Oyugi alias Odhiambo Oyugi, who died at Funyula Nangina Hospital in Kenya, on 8th May, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
