TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2025 By Daniel Kiprop Birgen, of P.O. Box 193, Koru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leah Kipruto alias Lea Taplele Kipruto alias Leah C. Kipruto, who died on 21st December, 2015. CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2025 By John Aneno Opiyo, of P.O. Box 163, Muhoroni in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulus Opiyo Ligolo alias Opiyo Ligoko, who died at Kakola Ombaka, on 1st June, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
