TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2025 By Richard Nyambane Asiago, of P.O. Box 2070–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Keego Asiago, who died on 12th March, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
