TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2024 By (1) Khadija Said Omar Nadhir and (2) Maryam Said Omar Nadhir, both of P.O. Box 31038–00600, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Said Omar Nadhir, who died at Machakos, on 29th June, 2023. CAUSE NO. E102 OF 2024 By (1) Khadija Mohamed Mire and (2) Ahmed Yassin Mohamed Mire, both of P.O. Box 40672–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Mire, who died at Nairobi, on 17th February, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
