REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Jackson Karuku Mwaura and (2) Judy Waithira Karuga, are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.200 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the Kilifi District, known as Kilifi/Mbaraka Chembe/1222, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisonal title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
