REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwinga Gonzi Mnazi, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Kilifi/Jimba/1645, containing 0.40 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Kilifi District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said title deed in respect of the said parcel of land is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof I shall issue a provisional title as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
