REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Jacinta Njeri Gichuki and (2) Raymond Kabucho Njiriri, are registered as proprietors of all that parcel of land known as Dagoretti/Riruta/6236, containing 0.139 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, by virtue of a certificate of lease, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
