REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Alice Wambui Ngatia and (2) Humphrey Njoroge Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 1460–00515, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that Apartment No. C6 erected on all that parcel of land known as L.R. 209/17521, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 113742/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
