REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hudson Wechuli Mangeni, as the deceased’s son of Mang’neni (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that properties known as Bunyala/Budonga/1718 and 1719, situate in the Kakamega County, by virtue of certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
