REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Patrick Mugo Kangee (ID/13899139), (2) Anthony Francis Mugo (ID/11884596) and (3) Johnson Karani Rigu (ID/13263358), as Trustees of Murang’a Imani Self Help Group, are registered as proprietors in absolute interest of all that piece of land containing 0.081 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, known as Loc. 20/Mirira/9124, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said document and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said (1) Patrick Mugo Kangee (ID/13899139), (2) Anthony Francis Mugo (ID/11884596) and (3) Johnson Karani Rigu (ID/13263358), , shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
