REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Homeland Express Limited, of P.O. Box 48–40204, Kisii in the Republic of Kenya is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land known as Plot No. Mombasa/Mwembelegeza/129, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as CF. 43104, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is hereby given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register (green card) and upon such opening the said missing land register (green card) shall be deemed absolute and of no effect.
