REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gateway Gardens Developers Limited, of P.O. Box 87912–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya is registered as proprietor in leasehold Ownership interest of all that parcel of land containing 1.025 hectares or thereabout, registered under title No. Mombasa/MS/Block I/236, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the white card in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act.
