REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Sarah Elena Green, of Tankerdale Farm, Tankerdale Lane, Liss, Gu33 7QY, United Kingdom, and (2) Karen Yvonne Meynink, of Hailey Byre, Offlands Court, Moulsford, OX10, 9EX, United Kingdom, as the administrators of the estate of Raymond Read Meynink (deceased), are registered as proprietors of all that parcel of land known as L.R. 7336/46, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of certificate of title, registered as I.R. 5978/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register issued thereof has been lost, and whereas the proprietors have indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property land register shall be constructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
