THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Ritesh Gunvantlal Patel and (2) Priyanka Ritesh Patel, both of P.O. Box 44128–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that Maisonette No.1 erected on parcel of land known as L.R. 7158/579, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of certificate of title, registered as I.R. 103632/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property land register shall be constructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
