THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gerald Emuria Nakuyo, of P.O. Box 460–10400, Nanyuki in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that property containing 1.767 hectares or thereabout, known as Naromoru/Naromoru Block 2/Muriru/128, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the said land register (green card) in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register (green card) shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
