NOTICE OF INTENTION

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO RECTIFY LAND REGISTER WHEREAS (1) William Githuka (ID/6864053) and (2) Joseph Macharia Nderitu (ID/1499221), are registered as proprietors of all that parcel of land known as Portion No. 20100-Malindi, registered as CR. 84815 and whereas the Director of Land Adjudication and Settlement and Director of Land Administration have confirmed that the said allocation and subsequent registration was done on land earlier reserved for settlement and that the same was not available for allocation by way of a new grant, notice is given to the registered proprietors to appear before the registrar on 25th June, 2025 at the Lands Office, Mombasa with such documents and representations that may deem necessary, notice is further given that at the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof the Registrar shall proceed to make rectification without any further reference.
