THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ezekiel Wanjara Okul (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Trans Nzoia, known as Kitale Municipality Block 18/Bidii/81 containing 0.5164 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Kitale in Succession Cause No. 144 of 2009, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Naomi Kemunto Okul and (2) Malachi Opiyo Okul, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Ezekiel Wanjara Okul (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ezekiel Wanjara Okul (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
