THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mburu Kamau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.063 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, known as Karai/Karai/8745, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kikuyu in Succession Cause No. E223 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Julian Wambui Kamau, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Mburu Kamau (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed to the said Julias Wambui Kamau, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mburu Kamau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
