THAT the Honourable Court be pleased to issue orders of forfeiture of the motor vehicles registered in the name of the Respondent and the Interested party in prayer 1 above, to the Assets Recovery Agency on behalf of the Government. THAT the director, National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) be and is hereby ordered and directed to transfer ownership of the motor vehicles registration No. KDG 024L Chassis No. ACVRRJRXK4078863 Van/Pickup registered in the name of the Respondent and motor vehicle registration No. KDB 762N Toyota fielder Chassis No. NKE165-7021109 to the applicant.
