APPOINTMENT

Pursuant to section 27(4) and (5) of the Mental Health Act and the Regulation thereof. TAKE NOTICE that this Court in Civil Misc Application Case No. E010 of 2024 appointed Martin M. Ngari, as manager of the estate and all affairs of Humphrey Gerald Miriga alias Humphrey Gerald Miriga Ngari, with effect from the 21st November, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to contrary and appearance in respect entered within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this Notice to the Kenya Gazette.
