Notice is given under the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owners of Motor Vehicle Registration No. KCX 005F, Chassis number 1C4HJWKGOCL274766, to collect the said vehicle from Yohana Automotive, Kiambu Road within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of loan amount of KSh. 1,600,000, storage charges for the period commencing the 27th March, 2025 up to the date of collection at the rate of KSh. 500 per day, interests and costs of publication of this notice, failure to which the said vehicle will be disposed of either by public auction or private treaty without further notice and proceeds will be utilized to defray the storage charges, advertisement and other incidental charges or costs and the shortfall if any will be recovered from the owners through legal proceedings..
