NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th April, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 116, in Volume B-13, Folio 22066/2421, File No. 1637, by our client, Fahad Abdul Halim, of P.O. Box 88745–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Fahad Abdul Halim Mbwana Ali Shali, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Fahad Abdul Halim Mbwana Ali Shali and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Fahad Abdul Halim, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Fahad Abdul Halim only.
