NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 18th February, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1069, in Volume D1, Folio 46/385, File No. MMXXV, by our client, (1) Phillip Kibett Mengech and (2) Kethi mwikali Mullei (guardians), on behalf of Cole Kigen Mullei-Mengech (minor), formerly known as Cole Kigen Mengech, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Cole Kigen Mengech and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Cole Kigen Mullei-Mengech, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Cole Kigen Mullei-Mengech only.
