REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Dominic Kabi Ngaru, (2) Teresia Wairimu Wambui and (3) Martin Mbugua, as the administrators of the estate of (1) Peter Gathecha alias Peter Gachecha Wanyoike (deceased) and (2) Elizabeth Wairimu Mwathi, as the administrator of the estate of Samuel Mwathi alias Samuel Mwathi Muchina (deceased), (1) Wilson Maina Kariuki and (2) Martin Mbugua Wambui, as the administrators of the estate of Florence Wambui Kariuki (deceased), (1) Margaret Njeri Njimu, as the administrator of the estate of Joseph Njimu Gachiki (deceased), all of P.O. Box 62606–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that parcel of land, known as L.R. No. 13537/28, situate in south west of Thika Municipality in Kiambu District, by virtue of a certificate of title, registered as I.R. 53901/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
