THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Bartholomew Hillary Mdindi (deceased), of P.O. Box 1677–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership interest of all that parcel of land, known as L.R. No. 2128/VI/MN, containing 0.1254 acre or thereabouts, situate in the west of Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District registered as C.R. 11217, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Mombasa vide Succession Cause No. E81 of 2024, has appointed (1) Mariana Wawuda Bartholomew and (2) Shadrack Mwashighadi Bartholomew, as administrators, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
