REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Ndalu Mshee Mwana, (2) Mbwana Makam, (3) Musa Twamimu, (5) Makame Kopa, (6) Kiruwa and (7) Ndalu Mohamed Shilingi, all of P.O. Box 312, Ukunda in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as L.R. No. 29891, Kwale, situate in Shimoni Township in the Kwale District, registered under title No. CR. 67805, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
