REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Susan Chepkoskei Kogo (ID/6574022), of P.O. Box 1454–30200, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that property, known as Cherangany/Kachibora Block 1/Osorongai/185, containing 0.04046 hectares or thereabout, situate in Trans Nzoia County, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
