THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Teresia Wanjiku Mwangi, of P.O. Box 3223–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold ownership interest of all that parcel of land known as Subdivision No. 3767/III/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Kilifi District, and registered as CR. 34445, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said folio in respect of the title has been lost, and whereas the registered owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period. I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the land register as provided under section 33(5) of the land act. Dated the 24th December, 2025. S. N.
