REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) George Louis Muthemba (ID/24754238) and (2) John Paul Mwaura, both of P.O. Box 105755–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, as the administrators of the estate of Humphrey Charles Mbugua Muthemba (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that property of land, known as Kabete/Kibichiko/3450, situate in Kiambu County, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost 24th December, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
