GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 19116

WHEREAS Caesar Kathuri Kamunjigah (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, containing 1.0 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. Gaturi/Weru/3660, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Embu in Succession Cause No. 162 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Cicily Kathurii Kamunjiga and Whereas the said Cicily Kathurii Kamunjiga, has executed letters an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said parcel of land, and whereas the land title has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of Cicily Kathurii Kamunjiga, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Caesar Kathuri Kamunjigah (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
