GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 19117

WHEREAS Chege Kahuta (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as title No. Chania/Kairi/1132, containing 2.85 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Gatundu in Succession Cause No. E510 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Paul Gacheru Chege (ID/8894810), (2) Stephen Ngigi Chege (ID/1198258) and (3) Stephen Wanyoro Chege (ID/8432081), all of P.O. Box 65812-00607, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Chege Kahuta (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to 24th December, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to (1) Paul Gacheru Chege (ID/8894810), (2) Stephen Ngigi Chege (ID/1198258) and (3) Stephen Wanyoro Chege (ID/8432081), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Chege Kahuta (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
