REGISTRATION

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, notice is given to the owner of Motor Vehicle Registration KDA 732E, Mazda CX5, to take delivery of the said vehicles within thirty (30) days from this publication, from Njens Motors along Northern By-Pass upon payment of all outstanding sums, storage charges and any other cost incurred by the company until delivery is taken, Notice is further given that the vehicles will be sold by public auction or private treaty without further reference to the owners and the proceeds or part thereof used to defray the outstanding amount should the owners fail to take delivery within the stipulated period.
