NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 10th December, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 370, in Volume D1, Folio 407/4095, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Mary Ann Njoki Wairua, formerly known as Maryanne Njoki Wairua, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Maryanne Njoki Wairua and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mary Ann Njoki Wairua, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mary Ann Njoki Wairua only.
