NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 27th November, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 946, in Volume D1, Folio 393/3979, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Dorcas Mumbi Ngugi, of P.O. Box 798– 00900, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Dorcas Mumbi Mbugua, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Dorcas Mumbi Mbugua and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Dorcas Mumbi Ngugi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Dorcas Mumbi Ngugi only.
