NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 4th December, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 20, in Volume B-13, Folio 2468/22582, File No. 1637, by our client, Valary Akinyi Riedel, of P.O. Box 80366–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Valary Akinyi Ochieng, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Valary Akinyi Ochieng and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Valary Akinyi Riedel, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Valary Akinyi Riedel only.
