NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th November, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1007, in Volume D1, Folio 425/5178, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Faize Tilian Okota, of P.O. Box 170, Kitui in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Faith Atieno Okota, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Faith Atieno Okota, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Faize Tilian Okota, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Faize Tilian Okota only.
