NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd December,
2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at
Nairobi as Presentation No. 590, in Volume D1, Folio 446/5001, File
No. MMXXV, by our client, Alexis Wanjiku Nderitu, of P.O. Box
37220–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as
Grace Wanjiku Nderitu, formally and absolutely renounced and
abandoned the use of her former name Grace Wanjiku Nderitu, and in
lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Alexis Wanjiku Nderitu,
for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to
designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Alexis
Wanjiku Nderitu only.
