NOTICE is given to all Members of County Assembly of Nandi and the general public that pursuant to Standing Order No. 30 (2) and (3) of the County Assembly of Nandi Standing Orders, there shall be a special sitting of the County Assembly to be held at the County Assembly Chambers, Kapsabet Town, on Thursday, the 16th January, 2025 at 9.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. The following shall be the businesses to be transacted: Morning at 9.30 a.m. 1. Papers Tabling of the following papers: (a) Budget and Appropriation Committee Report on the Supplementary Budget Estimates for Financial Year 2024/2025 (b) The Appointment’s Committee Report on Vetting of Three Nominees to the County Executive Committee (c) The Administration and Public Service Committee Report on Vetting of Chairperson, two members and Secretary for appointment to Nandi County Public Service Board. (d) The Lands, Environment and Natural Resources Committee Report on Change of Land use proposals. (e) Rules and Procedures Committee Report on amendment of Standing Orders. (f) Budget and Appropriation Committee Report on Financing Agreement between Equity Bank Limited and County Government of Nandi. 2.
