APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers confirmed by Section 8 (2) and (3) as read with section 9 (2) of the Urban Areas and Cities Act (Cap. 275) and upon approval by the Vihiga County Executive Committee of the application submitted by the management of Luanda Town for upgrading of the town to municipal status, it is notified for the information of the general public that I, Dr. Wilber K.
