IT IS NOTIFIED to the general public that in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 235 of the Constitution of Kenya, as read with sections 30(2) (i), 45 and 64 of the County Governments Act, Laws of Kenya, the Governor of Busia County appoints— Peter Khasamule Odima, John Muroki, Timothy Odhiambo Odende, to be the Acting County Executive Committee Member and Chief Officer for Education and Industrial Skills Development and the Acting Chief Officer for Revenue, respectively, with effect from the 12th May, 2024.
