REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Joseph Kibe Wahome, (2) George Kamau Njuguna and (3) Michael Wanyoro Kinyanjui, being Trustees of Nyamagaki Self Help Group, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 2.29 hectares or thereabout, 0situate in the county of Machakos, known as parcel No. Masinga/Kivaa/1606, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
