REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mary Wanjiku Mwangi (ID/1205973) and (2) Joseph Gitei Mungai (ID/360648), both of P.O. Box 75, Ithanga, being personal representatives of Wamuhu Gitau (deceased), in Succession Cause No. E197 of 2022, in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kandara in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, containing 1.611 hectares or thereabout, situate in the county of Murang’a, registered under title No. Kakuzi/Kirimiri/Block 9/585. and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
