REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mary Njoki Macharia and (2) Kennedy Muiruri Macharia, of P.O. Box 79475-00200, Nairobi, being the personal representatives as per the Succession Cause No. 1205 of 2010, in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi to Joseph Macharia Ngugi (deceased) are registered proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land registered under title No. Makuyu/Kariaini/Block III/145 and Kakuzi/Kirimiri Block VI/40, containing 0.04 and 0.81 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Murang’a, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and upon such registration of the land title deed issued to the said Joseph Macharia Ngugi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
