THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Ngugi Muciri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, containing 1.21 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Kirima/1472, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Engineer in Succession Cause No. E51 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of (1) Teresiah Wanjiku Ngugi (ID/5156041) and (2) Stanley Kamande Ngugi (ID/1816874), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Ngugi Muciri (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed to the said (1) teresiah Wanjiku Ngugi (ID/5156041) and (2) Stanley Kamande Ngugi (ID/1816874), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Ngugi Muciri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
