GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 8651

WHEREAS Njoka M’Meru alias Njoka Mundu wa Meru alias Njoka mundu wa Weru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land, containing 0.01, 0.05, 0.99, 1.72, 0.10 and 0.0511 hectares or thereabout, respectively, known as Ngandori/Kangaru/T.48, Ngandori/Kathangari/T.20, Ngandori/Kirigi/2457, Gaturi/Weru/1026, Ngandori/Kangaru/T.29, and Embu/Township/319, respectively, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Embu in Succession Cause No. 203. of 2005, has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of (1) Phierena Nduri Njoka, (2) Andrew Munyi Njoka and (3) Rutere Njoka, by transmission in respect of the said parcels of land, and whereas the land title deeds have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of (1) Phierena Nduri Njoka, (2) Andrew Munyi Njoka and (3) Rutere Njoka, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Njoka M’Meru alias Njoka Mundu wa Meru alias Njoka mundu wa Weru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
