THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ngusu Mbuvi (deceased), of Kitui in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, containing 11.88 hectares or thereabout, known as Mulango/Wikililye/1546, situate in the county of Kitui, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kitui in Succession Cause No. E082 of 2020, has issued letter of administration in favour of (1) Glady’s Kathini Katembu, (2) Mary Mutindi and (3) Mark Wambua Ngusu, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Ngusu Mbuvi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ngusu Mbuvi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
