APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to section 27 (4) and (5) of the Mental Health Act and the Regulation thereof. TAKE NOTICE that this Court in Civil Misc. application Case No. E 402 OF 2024 appointed Paul Otieno Kore and Mercy Neag Kore as managers of the Estate and all affairs of Winfred Achieng Odenyo with effects from the 20th November, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in the respect entered within Fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication.
