NOTICE is given pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act ( Cap.38 ) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of the vehicle registration No. SSD 874 CN Mercedes Benz, to take delivery which is at Blue Shine Motors Yard, within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication upon payment of all accumulated storage charges together with interest and costs of the publication and any other incidental cost, failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public auction, tender or private treaty and proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
