NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap 38) of the laws of Kenya, the owner(s) of Motor vehicle registration number KBX 195V Toyota Prado, Within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, to take delivery of the said Motor Vehicle which is currently lying at Concorde Motor yard Mombasa, of P.O. Box 83262–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, upon payment of repair costs, accumulated storage charges, interest and cost of publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which, the said Motor Vehicle shall be disposed off either by public Auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner(s).
