NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 28th May, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 625, in Volume D1, Folio 974/1598, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Michael Chirchir Chesire, of P.O. Box 432, Iten in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Michael K. Chesire, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Michael K. Chesire and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Michael Chirchir Chesire, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Michael Chirchir Chesire only.
